Jeder, der schon einmal bei einer Diavorführung war, weiss, dass störendes Licht auszuschließen ist, damit man das Bild gut erkennen kann.
Deshalb benutzt man bei Vorführung, im Kino und auch in im Inneren jeder Fotokamera (auch einer modernen Digitalkamera) einen dunklen Raum.
