MAZY („labyrinthisch”), nach der Choreographie von Willi Dorner, konzipiert entlang der Dispositive Video, Film und Computer drei Antworten: videographische Marionette, filmexpressionistisches Wesen, computerisierte Bewegungsspur.

MAZY (meaning “labyrinthine”), based on the choreography by Willi Dorner, offers three answers formulated with the dispositives of video, film and computer: videographic marionette, expressive filmic being and computerized trace of movement.
In notes on MAZY Norbert Pfaffenbichler constructs a baffling set of rules which make use of complementary and oppositional elements: colour vs. black and white, front vs. rear view, rectangle vs. square, the body as a whole vs. head/face.
www.sixpackfilm.comWir hatten dann nur 2 Tage um die Aktion bis zur Pressekonferenz vorzubereiten und so wurde dann entschieden auf welches Modul wir uns im Kollektiv konzentrieren wollten / sollten und welche Form die effektivste wäre.
Von 15 Teilnehmern, hatten sich 13 entschlossen sich mit der Konstruktion der Marionetten als effektivste und geeignetste Form für eine Aktion zu beschäftigen, die den unverschämten Fall denunzieren, bzw. mehr Öffentlichkeit darüber produzieren sollte.
Nach der Abstimmung haben die Studenten der Akademie die Form der Marionette entworfen Anhand folgender Symbole:

Of the 15 participants, 13 decided to participate in the construction of the marionettes, as they found this the most effective and fitting form of action for denouncing the case of corruption and creating more publicity for the case.
After a discussion, the students of the academy created the marionettes based on the following symbolism:

Wie eine Marionette hängt die Tänzerin in der nächsten Einstellung in der Luft, wodurch man ihr mit der Bewegungsfreiheit auch jede Möglichkeit des individuellen Ausdrucks genommen hat.

In the next shot the dancer hangs in the air like a marionette, all her freedom of movement and any possibility of personal expression taken away.
