Im Geiste des Originals wird ununterbrochen – mehr als 48 Stunden lang – vor der Eröffnung der Ausstellung eine Linie gezogen und die Große Galerie in der Kunsthalle in eine endlose Spirale verwandelt.

Die Spirale aus Kaufzurückhaltung und Preisrückgängen kam erst gegen Ende des Kalenderjahres 2011 zum Stillstand, sodass die Division Stahl im dritten Quartal eine gegenüber dem Sommer deutlich rückläufige Ergebnisentwicklung hinnehmen musste.

Ebenfalls zu besichtigen ist ein großes Bodenmosaik aus dem 3. Jahrhundert n. Chr. mit geometrischen Formen (Kreisen, Spiralen, Labyrinthen) und einer Darstellung der vier Jahreszeiten.
Das Mosaik wurde 1993 in Charoneia entdeckt und wird seitdem sorgfältig restauriert.

Also notable is the mosaic floor of the 3rd century AC with its geometrical illuminations (strips, lozenges, intersecting circles, spirals, mazes) and the impersonation of the four seasons.
The mosaic, which was found in Charoneia in 1993, is in storage.
