Es ist der Same der von Gott eingegossenen theologischen Tugenden, Glaube, Hoffnung und Liebe, ein Same, der heute durch die Kraft des Heiligen Geistes in ihr Herz gelegt wird und immer durch das Wort Gottes und die Sakramente genährt werden muß, so daß diese Tugenden des Christen wachsen und zur vollen Reife gelangen können, bis sie aus jedem von ihnen einen wahren Zeugen des Herrn machen.
Während wir auf diese Kleinen den Heiligen Geist herabrufen, vertrauen wir sie dem Schutz der allerseligsten Jungfrau an; sie möge sie immer mit ihrer mütterlichen Gegenwart behüten und sie in jedem Augenblick ihres Lebens begleiten.

As we invoke upon these little ones the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, let us entrust them to the protection of the Blessed Virgin; may she always preserve them with her motherly presence and accompany them at every moment of their lives.
