Am 26. Oktober 2009 haben HSBC Frankreich und CACEIS einen Vertrag über den Verkauf der Depotbank- und Verwahrungs-Aktivitäten von HSBC Frankreich sowie der Fondsadministration des Tochterunternehmens HSS Frankreich an CACEIS unterschrieben.
Diese Transaktion umfasst € 39 Milliarden Assets under Custody von 390 Portfolios, und € 56 Milliarden Assets under Administration von insgesamt 20 Investmentgesellschaften und 700 Investmentfonds.
Den 109 Mitarbeitern, die von dieser Vereinbarung betroffen sind, wird eine Tätigkeit bei CACEIS angeboten.

The deal involves € 39 billion in assets under custody for 390 portfolios, and € 56 billion in assets under administration for 20 asset management companies and 700 funds.
The 109 employees concerned by the agreement will be offered the possibility of joining CACEIS.
