www.wiwi.uni-frankfurt.deHe received his doctoral degree from the Free University of Berlin, and in 2002 he attained the habilitation for economics in Mannheim.
Following several positions outside Germany, including professor at the London School of Economics, he has held the Chair for Finance and Economics since 2006, which was created by the Geld und Währung foundation at the University of Frankfurt am Main.
www.dfg.deRoman Inderst studierte zunächst Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Soziologie und Volkswirtschaftslehre an der Fachhochschule Reutlingen, der FernUniversität Hagen und der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, promovierte an der Freien Universität Berlin und habilitierte sich 2002 in Mannheim in Volkswirtschaftslehre.
Nach mehreren Auslandsstationen, unter anderem als Professor an der London School of Economics, hat er seit 2006 den von der Stiftung "Geld und Währung" geschaffenen Lehrstuhl für Finanzen und Ökonomie an der Universität Frankfurt/Main inne.
