3. Auskunftsrecht gemäß § 131 Abs. 1, § 293g Abs. 3 Aktiengesetz Jedem Aktionär ist auf Verlangen in der Hauptversammlung vom Vorstand Auskunft über Angelegenheiten der Gesellschaft zu geben, soweit sie zur sachgemäßen Beurteilung des Gegenstands der Tagesordnung erforderlich ist.
Die Auskunftspflicht erstreckt sich auch auf die rechtlichen und geschäftlichen Beziehungen der Gesellschaft zu einem verbundenen Unternehmen.
Außerdem ist zu Tagesordnungspunkt 8 gemäß § 293g Abs. 3 Aktiengesetz jedem Aktionär auf Verlangen in der Hauptversammlung Auskunft auch über alle für den Abschluss des Gewinnabführungsvertrages wesentlichen Angelegenheiten zu geben.

The obligation to provide information also applies to the legal and business relationships of the Company with an affiliated company.
In addition, with respect to agenda item 8, section 293g ( 3 ) of the AktG requires that any shareholder must be provided on request in the Annual General Meeting with all material information relating to the signature of the profit transfer agreement.
