Am 23. April 2012 wurde in Berlin das neue Abkommen zur Vermeidung der Doppelbesteuerung auf dem Gebiet der Steuern vom Einkommen zwischen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und dem Großherzogtum Luxemburg (? DBA-LUX? ) von den Finanzministern der beiden Länder unterzeichnet.
Nach Inkrafttreten wird damit das Abkommen aus dem Jahre 1958 ersetzt.

On 23 April 2012 the new Convention between the Federal Repulic of Germany and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for the Avoidance of Double Taxation in the Area of Taxes on Income ( DTT-LUX ) was signed by the Ministers of Finance of the two states.
After its entry into force it is to replace the 1958 tax treaty.

Ausländischen Aktionären wird empfohlen, sich wegen der steuerlichen Behandlung der Dividende beraten zu lassen.
