Die Universität Freiburg hat 2007 die alternierende Telearbeit / Heimarbeit in Form eines Pilotprojektes eingeführt.
Ziele der Maßnahme sind u.a., den Beschäftigten durch die zeitliche und räumliche Flexibilisierung der Arbeitsorganisation eine bessere Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie zu ermöglichen, durch mehr Selbstverantwortung bei der Festlegung der Arbeitszeit und der Gestaltung der Arbeit eine höhere Motivation und Arbeitszufriedenheit zu erreichen und dadurch die Arbeitsqualität und -produktivität zu verbessern.
Das Projekt wurde nach erfolgreicher Evaluation im Frühjahr 2009 in den Regelbetrieb überführt.

The project went into normal operation following a successful evaluation in the spring of 2009.

The working group investigates as concretely as possible the motivations, procedures and aesthetic consequences of the transfer of generic forms in relation to significant material – in the expectation that not only these aspects of the transfer can be more exactly determined, but also that the phenomenon of artistic dissolution can be more precisely conceived.
