2. OPTIONSVERTRAG
Mit dem Optionsvertrag verpflichtet sich der Verkäufer, die Immobilie innerhalb eines vereinbarten Zeitraumes nicht an Dritte zu veräußern gegen Zahlung des Restkaufpreises die notarielle Kaufurkunde zu unterzeichnen.
