Traditionelles Hamburger Kontorhaus in der Hamburger City mit ca. 2.000 m² gegenüber dem Rathaus, das über die Jahre seinen Charme eingebüßt hat durch erheblich abgewohnte und nicht mehr zeitgemäße Flächen.
Angermann hatte die Aufgabe ein Konzept zur Revitalisierung im Bestand und zur Vermarktung zu erstellen.

Angermann was given the task of producing a concept to revitalise the existing structure and to market the property.
