Und er erkannte, dass die enthaltenen Vitamine, Mineralsalze, Fruchtsäuren und Spurenelemente sowie das sogenannte Bioflavonoid Procyanidin (OPC, ein Schutzfaktor gegen Zellschäden) die Trauben zur wahren Anti-Aging-Waffe machen.
1995 kamen in der Grande Nation schließlich die ersten Traubenkernprodukte der Firma „Caudalie“ auf den Markt, und 2001 wurde das erste Spa mit Vinotherapie-Angeboten im Herzen Frankreichs eröffnet – mit durchschlagendem Erfolg.
