In erlesener Architektur entstanden fünf individuelle Gebäude: das Hotel The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin mit den im Turmbau darüber gelegenen Luxuswohnungen; zwei repräsentative Bürohäuser, ein weiteres hochklassiges Wohnhaus und das Marriott Hotel.
An der Südseite des Potsdamer Platzes befinden sich die Park Kolonnaden, die überwiegend aus Büroflächen, aber auch aus Wohnungen, Läden und Restaurants bestehen.

The Park Kolonnaden, consisting largely of office space but with some apartments, shops, and restaurants, are located on the southern side of Potsdamer Platz.
