Ziel des Projektes ist die Entwicklung einer thermoplastisch verarbeitbaren proteinbasierten Formulierung.
Das zu entwickelnde Werkstoffsystem (extrudierbare Thermoplaste) soll durch gezielte Modifikation der Proteinfraktion sowie durch Anpassung der Formulierung mit lebensmitteltauglichen Additiven und/oder biobasierten Polymeren erreicht werden.

The objective of this project is to develop a thermoplastic protein-based formulation.
The material system to be developed (an extrudable thermoplastic) will be realized by customization of the protein fraction and adaptation of the formulation with additives and/or bio-based polymers that are compatible with use of the resulting materials for food applications.
