Simbabwer stimmen für eine neue Verfassung
Am 16. März 2013 stimmten Simbabwer in einem bedeutenden Referendum über eine neue Verfassung ab, die unter Anderem zum ersten Mal die Amtszeit des Präsidenten limitiert.
Danach kann ein Präsident nur zweimal für eine fünfjährige Amtszeit gewählt werden.

Zimbabweans voted on March 16, 2013 for a key referendum on a new constitution that among others, limits presidential terms for the first time in the country.
It introduces a two-term limit of five years each for a president.
