Eine 30jährige Patientin mit Heiserkeit und dem laryngoskopischen Bild eines Stimmlippenpolyps im vorderen Anteil der rechten Stimmlippe und einer glatten Verdickung der linken Stimmlippe wurde zur phonochirurgischen Operation vorgestellt.
Die Histologie des zunächst abgetragenen Polyps ergab einen Granularzelltumor.

A 30-year-old women with hoarseness and the laryngoscopic image of a vocal fold polyp in the anterior part of the right vocal fold and of a smooth swelling of the left vocal fold was introduced for phonosurgery.
The histology of the resected polyp revealed a granular cell tumor.
