Im Projekt NOWIRE (Noncoherent Wireless Communications over Doubly Selective Channels) unter der Leitung der Technischen Universität Wien untersucht das FTW als Partnerinstitution die Entwicklung und Untersuchung von Methoden zur drahtlosen Kommunikation in hochgradig mobilen Umgebungen (z.B. in der Fahrzeugkommunikation).
Die Ergebnisse von NOWIRE sollen einen Beitrag zur Erzielung höherer Datenraten in zukünftigen Mobilfunksystemen leisten.

In the project NOWIRE (Noncoherent Wireless Communications over Doubly Selective Channels) under the direction of the Vienna University of Technology FTW as a partner institution investigates the development and testing of methods for wireless communications in highly mobile environments (e.g. in the vehicle communication).
The results of NOWIRE will contribute to achieve higher data rates in future mobile communication systems.
