Der Abzug von Kapitalertragsteuer und Solidaritätszuschlag entfällt bei solchen Aktionären, die ihrer Depotbank einen "Freistellungsauftrag" des Finanzamtes eingereicht haben, soweit das in diesem Auftrag angeführte Freistellungsvolumen nicht durch andere Erträge aus Kapitalvermögen bereits aufgebraucht ist.
