Es liegt also an beiden Parteien, die Arbeitsart ausreichend konkret zu vereinbaren.
Der Arbeitnehmer ist verpflichtet, nur die im Arbeitsvertrag vereinbarte Arbeit auszuüben, und der Arbeitgeber ist nicht berechtigt, vom Arbeitnehmer die Ausübung von einer anderen als der im Arbeitsvertrag vereinbarten Tätigkeit zu fordern.
