49e. ist der Auffassung, dass Ausfuhrbeihilfen völlig abgeschafft werden sollten und außerdem Zahlungen, mit denen Investitionen für Aufzucht und Verarbeitungsmaßnahmen in industriellem Maßstab unterstützt werden, und Zahlungen für Landbesitzer ohne aktive landwirtschaftliche Produktion oder Aktivitäten im Bereich des Naturschutzes ausgeschlossen werden sollten;
