Der Rückgang der Zahlungsmittelabflüsse für unsere nicht derivativen finanziellen Verbindlichkeiten im Vergleich zum Jahresende 2010 ist hauptsächlich auf die vorzeitige Rückzahlung des Akquisitionsdarlehens in Höhe von 1 Mrd. € zurückzuführen, während auf unsere Finanzierungsaktivitäten 2011 lediglich ein Betrag von 580 Mio. € entfiel.

The overall decrease of cash outflows for our non-derivative financial liabilities compared to year-end 2010 is mainly due to the early repayment of the acquisition term loan in the amount of € 1 billion while our 2011 financing activities only amounted to € 580 million.
