Die Neue Galerie sieht es als ihren Generationsvertrag und Kulturauftrag an, das Publikum mittels Ausstellungen und Symposien über den Stand der gegenwärtigen Kunstproduktion auf regionaler, nationaler und internationaler Ebene zu informieren.
