Den Nutzungen entsprechend entstehen folglich bis zum Erdgeschoss hin zunehmend großteilige Strukturen, die sich entlang der Neuhauser Straße in bis zu vier gleichwertige Ladeneinheiten und die beiden Treppenhauszugänge bündeln.
