Nach einer Projektlaufzeit von nur sechs Monaten erfasst das Außendienstteam nun mit Hilfe von BlackBerry-Geräten die Daten bei den Autohändlern und überträgt diese online in das Back-End-System, das auf Basis von SAP NetWeaver 7.0 entwickelt wurde.

“ This combination increases the speed as well as the exactness and consistency of the recorded data ”, reports Martin Räcke, responsible for software architecture and design at Syskoplan Reply.
After a project time lead of only six months, the field team now uses BlackBerry devices to record the data at the dealers and transfers the results remotely to the back-end system that was developed on the basis of SAP NetWeaver 7.0.
