Kloster Pelplin
Pelplin, einst eine berühmte Abtei, seit 1824 Residenz der Bischöfe von Culm, liegt in einem von kleinen Hügelketten umgebenen Tal, durch das sich die Ferse schlängelt, die bei Mewe in die Weichsel mündet.
Bis zum Jahre 1887 gehörte Pelplin zum Kreis Pr. Stargard, seitdem ist des dem Dirschauer Kreis zugeteilt worden.
