Im September 2013 wurde Andreas Mundt, Präsident des Bundeskartellamtes, zum neuen Vorsitzenden der Leitungsgruppe ( Steering Group ) des ICN gewählt.
Zusammen mit den beiden stellvertretenden Vorsitzenden Bruno Lassere, Präsident der französischen Autorité de la concurrence, und Vinicius Marques de Carvalho, Präsident des brasilianischen Administrative Council for Economic Defense, wird Andreas Mundt das ICN bis zu der ICN Jahreskonferenz 2015 in Sydney leiten.
Die Arbeitsgruppen des ICN behandeln Fragen aus allen Bereichen des Kartellrechts ( Fusionskontrolle, Kartellbekämpfung, Missbrauch von Marktbeherrschung ) sowie eine Reihe von Querschnittsthemen.

Together with Vice Chairs Bruno Lasserre, President of the French Autorité de la concurrence, and Vinicius Marques de Carvalho, President of the Brasilian Administrative Council for Economic Defense, Andreas Mundt will lead the ICN through to the Annual Conference 2015 in Sydney.
The ICN ’ s working groups deal with issues covering all areas of competition ( merger control, cartel prosecution, abuse of a dominant position ) as well as a host of cross-sectoral issues.
