Man trifft hier viele neue Leute, sieht viele neue Orte und lernt neue Kulturen, Gewohnheiten und verschiedene Umgebungen kennen, und natürlich hat man auch die Chance viel über das Unternehmen zu lernen, das Geschäfte in unterschiedlichsten Bereichen macht.
Ein Teil des „cross-divisional“ Trainee Programms zu sein half mir meinen Horizont zu erweitern und gab mir auch die Möglichkeit unterschiedliche Wege meiner Karriere auszuprobieren.
Auch die Erfahrungen in den unterschiedlichen Abteilungen des Unternehmens sind eine große Bereicherung und ein großer Vorteil, da es dir ermöglicht Aufgaben des täglichen Lebens zu meistern und herauszufinden worin man wirklich gut ist und wo man seine Zukunft sieht.
