Inmitten der Wälder, an einem wunderschönen, pittoresken See stand das Gebäude ; wir waren bereits wieder hungrig und so trafen wir Esko Holopainen in einer traditionellen finnischen Grillhütte am Seeufer.
Esko, ein Pilzspezialist, hatte für uns speziell und lang gerösteten Lachs zusammen mit einer Steinpilzsuppe vorbereitet – Wein und Koskenkorva wurde gereicht, und das, zusammen mit einem ‘ kippis! ’.
So endete dieser wunderbare Tag in den tiefen Wäldern des Rokua Nationalparks.
