Die beiden soeben betrachteten Gebete Jesu, die die Heilung des Taubstummen und die Auferweckung des Lazarus begleiten, zeigen, daß die tiefe Verbindung zwischen Gottesliebe und Nächstenliebe auch in unser Gebet eintreten muß.
Die Fürsorge gegenüber dem anderen, besonders dann, wenn er arm und leidtragend ist, die Erschütterung angesichts des Schmerzes einer befreundeten Familie bringen Jesus dazu, sich an den Vater zu wenden, in jener grundlegenden Beziehung, die sein ganzes Leben leitet.
