A defiled church in the Catskill Mountains – “ Church of the Little Green Man ” – is rebuilt by the artists and the construction manager Helge Niemczyk in order to serve as a film setting and protrudes out of the ground of the pedestrian crossroads on Maximilianstraße .
The installation symbolises a sinking or rising nave and functions as an accessible room and a stage for performances and concerts.

Eine entweihte Kirche in den Catskill Mountains – „ church of the little green man “ als Drehort und Angelpunkt wird von den KünstlerInnen und Bauleiter Helge Niemczyk nachgebaut und ragt in Schieflage aus dem Boden der Fussgänger-Kreuzung an der Maximiliansstraße .
Die Installation steht sinnbildlich für ein sinkendes oder steigendes Kirchenschiff und fungiert als begehbarer Raum und Bühne für Performances und Konzerte.
