Diese Missbildung ist meist mit einer Epispadie ( nach oben ( ventral ) offene Rinne der Urethra im Bereich des Penis ) und einem Spalt im Os pubis assoziiert.
Man findet auch noch andere Missbildungen wie bilaterale Hernien, Ektopie der Testes und eine ausbleibende Perforation des Anus.

This abnormality is associated with an epispadia ( upwardly [ ventrally ] open urethral canal in the penile region ) and a gap in the pubic bone.
One also finds other abnormalities such as bilateral hernias, ectopia of the testes and an absent perforation of the anus.
