Ergebnisse aus dem Pilotprojekt werden nun bis zu 10 Unternehmen in Bangladesch und Indien zugutekommen, von deren Erfahrungen in einem späteren Roll-Out wiederum bis zu 170 Unternehmen profitieren sollen.
Im Mittelpunkt des im Juni 2012 gestarteten und bis zum November 2013 laufenden Programms stehen Change Management Teams, bestehend aus drei Arbeitern, einem Personalverantwortlichen und einem Produktionsmanager.
