Holcim signed a settlement with the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela agreeing on the terms for Venezuela s compensation payment for the June 2008 nationalization of Holcim Venezuela C.A. and the suspension of the international arbitration procedure currently pending before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes ( ICSID ) in connection with that nationalization .

Holcim unterzeichnete ein Abkommen mit der Bolivarischen Republik Venezuela, in welchem sich die Parteien über die Konditionen der Entschädigungszahlung Venezuelas für die im Juni 2008 nationalisierte Holcim ( Venezuela ) C.A. und die Aussetzung des zurzeit hängigen Schiedsverfahrens am Internationalen Zentrum zur Beilegung von Investitionsstreitigkeiten ( ICSID ) im Zusammenhang mit dieser Nationalisierung einigten.
