Diagnostisches oder abduktives Schließen ist ein essentieller Bestandteil vieler Aufgaben des täglichen Lebens, wie zum Beispiel in der medizinischen Diagnostik, in der Fehlersuche bei Computerprogrammen oder auch in der wissenschaftlichen Forschung.
