Taxable performance
Any benefits secured by mortgage on a parcel of land in the Canton of Zurich or secured by pledging the respective documents of title and that do not represent repayment of capital ( in particular mortgage interest ) shall be taxable.
Benefits not paid out to the taxpayer himself but rather to a third party shall also be taxable.

Steuerbar sind alle Leistungen, die durch ein Grundstück im Kanton Zürich grundpfandrechtlich oder die durch die Verpfändung entsprechender Grundpfandtitel faustpfandrechtlich gesichert sind und die nicht Kapitalrückzahlungen darstellen ( v. a. Hypothekarzinsen ).
Steuerbar sind auch Leistungen, die nicht dem Steuerpflichtigen selber, sondern einem Dritten zufliessen.
