Die Kosten für die Einlagerung eines Prüfmusters werden dem Kunden im Angebot mitgeteilt.
(3) Werden dem Kunden Belegmuster oder Dokumentationen zur Einlagerung bei diesem übergeben, sind die Belegmuster oder Dokumentationen der TRLP oder dem TU auf Anforderung hin kurzfristig und kostenfrei zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Ist der Kunde auf Anforderung hin nicht in der Lage, Belegmuster und/oder Dokumentationen zur Verfügung zu stellen, so erlischt jeder aus der jeweiligen Prüfung und Zertifizierung heraus resultierende Haftungsanspruch für Sach- und Vermögensschäden des Kunden gegen die TRLP oder das TU.

(3) Reference samples or documentation handed over to the client must be made available to TRLP or the subsidiary promptly and free of charge on request.
If the client, in response to such a request, is incapable of making available reference samples and/or documentation, any liability claim for material and pecuniary damage by the client against TRLP or the subsidiary, resulting from the respective testing and certification, shall lapse.

(4) Die Aufbewahrungsdauer von Dokumentationen beträgt 10 Jahre nach dem Erlöschen der Prüfzeichen- Zertifikate bzw. bei EG-Konformitätsbescheinigungen 10 Jahre nach dem letzten Inverkehrbringen der Produkte, soweit nicht durch gesetzliche Bestimmungen anders geregelt.

(4) In the absence of any statutory regulation to the contrary, the period of safekeeping of the corresponding documentation is 10 years after expiry of test mark certificates and with EC certificates of conformity it is ten years after the final placing of the products on the market.
