Der erste FLIRT von Sopron wird bereits ab Frühjahr 2014 Passagiere befördern, der letzte Zug wird Mitte 2014 in Betrieb genommen.
Beim zu fertigenden Fahrzeug handelt es sich um einen ähnlichen Typ wie bei den FLIRT-Zügen, die an die ungarische Eisenbahngesellschaft MÁV geliefert wurden.
Das Niederflurfahrzeug, das eine Geschwindigkeit von bis zu 160 km / h erreichen kann, bietet neben 200 Sitzplätzen auch 164 Stehplätze.
