Wir berichten über zwei Patienten die nach einer radiochirurgischen Therapie ein Sarkom im Strahlenfeld entwickelten.
In beiden Fällen wurde der Tumor, einmal nach 7 und einmal nach 13 Jahren, im Rahmen der Tumornachsorgeuntersuchung auffällig.

Differenziert werden neoplastische ( kutaner Histiozytomkomplex, histiozytäres Sarkom, dendritische Leukämie ) von reaktiven Formen ( reaktive Histiozytose, hämophagozytäres Syndrom ).
Alle Unterformen des kutanen Histiozytomkomplexes ( kutanes Histiozytom, metastasierendes Histiozytom und Langerhans-Zell-Histiozytose ) gehen von Langerhans-Zellen aus.

Histiocytic diseases can be devided into neoplastic ( cutaneous histiocytoma complex, histiocytic sarcoma, dendritic cell leukaemia ) and reactive forms ( reactive histiocytosis, haemophagocytic syndrome ).
All subtypes of the cutaneous histiocytoma complex ( cutaneous histiocytoma, metastatic histiocytoma and Langerhans ’ cell histiocytosis ) are of Langerhans ’ cell origin.

Ein 16-jähriger Patient, der an einem Ewing Sarkom der Brustwirbelsäure erkrankt ist, wurde in unserer Einrichtung mit Protonen bestrahlt.
Mehrere benachbarte Brustwirbelkörper bildeten das Zielvolumen.

www.egms.deWir berichten beispielhaft über sechs Fälle, in denen wir derartige Techniken zur Biopsie oder operativen Entfernung anwandten.
In zwei Fällen eines Tumors der dorsalen Orbita, einem malignen Lymphom und einem malignen Sarkom, wurde endoskopisch eine Probe gewonnen.
In einem weiteren Fall lag eine destruierende Raumforderung der Orbitaspitze und der lateralen Keilbeinhöhlenwand mit Ausdehnung nach intrakraniell vor, die sich als invasive Mukormykose herausstellte und in einem weiteren endoskopischen Eingriff reseziert und medikamentös behandelt wurde.

In two cases of a tumor of the dorsal orbit, one malignant lymphoma and one malignant sarcoma, biopsies were taken endoscopically.
In another case an infiltration with bony destruction of the orbital apex, of the lateral wall of the sphenoid sinus and with intracranial extension, the diagnosis of invasive mucormycosis was made after a transnasal endoscopic biopsy was taken.
