The auditing firm PricewaterhouseCoopers audited the annual financial statements prepared by the Executive Board of TÜV Rheinland AG for the reporting period ending December 31, 2012, and the management report as well as the company ’s accounting.
The audit of the annual financial statements, the management report, and the proposed appropriation of profits did not result in any objections.
The Supervisory Board accepted and formally approved the annual financial statements.
