Ethos in favour of the Board
27.04.2006 Ethos has decided to vote in favor of the Board's proposals at Saurer's upcoming general meeting on 11 May 2006, thereby opposing the two resolutions submitted by the Hedge Fund Laxey Partners which hinder Saurer's long-term growth and could endanger the company's perenniality.

Because the complexity of the model makes analytical solutions impossible, EIM uses thousands of Monte Carlo simulations to construct accurate risk and return assessments of 24,000 scenarios for the 700 hedge funds that the company tracks.
Simulations, which run automatically each night, initially took six hours.
