Der neue Preis repräsentiert einen Zuschlag in Höhe von 35,1 % auf den volumengewichteten Durchschnittskurs der Leighton-Aktie der letzten 3 Monate ( vor Dividende ) bis einschließlich zum 7. März 2014, dem letzten Handelstag vor Abgabe des ursprünglichen Angebotes.
Falls alle außenstehenden Aktionäre und Optionsinhaber von Leighton das Angebot annehmen, wird HOCHTIEF seinen Anteil an Leighton von 58,77 % auf bis zu 73,82 % steigern und zwar gegen eine Vergütung in bar von annähernd 1.205 Mio. AUD. Dies entspricht annähernd 787 Mio. EUR beim derzeitigen Umrechnungskurs.
Mit sofortiger Wirkung übernimmt Herr Marcelino Fernández Verdes neben dem Vorstandsvorsitz bei der HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft auch den Vorstandsvorsitz (CEO) bei Leighton.
