Neu wäre auch, dass ab dem 7. Januar 2010 Fernsehgeräte im Bereitschaftszustand ( Standby ) nicht mehr als 1 Watt verbrauchen dürfen, bei zusätzlicher Informationsanzeige höchstens 2 Watt und im Aus-Zustand 1 Watt, denn manche Geräte verbrauchen auch Energie, obwohl sie ausgeschaltet sind.
