Meine Schalen hatten innen noch viel weiße Schale, das sogenannte Mesokarp. Das entfernt man am besten, denn es ist sehr bitter.
Im jetzigen Zustand funktioniert das am Besten, da die Schalen nach dem Kandieren sehr weich sind.
