Wenn SWISSLODGING aufgrund höherer Gewalt oder ausser seiner Macht stehender Ereignisse gezwungen ist, die Buchung zu annullieren und das Mietobjekt nicht zur Verfügung stellen kann, bietet SWISSLODGING GmbH dem Kunden ein Mietobjekt der gleichen Kategorie an, je nach Verfügbarkeit.
Ist der Mietpreis des vorgeschlagenen Objekts tiefer, wird dem Kunden die Differenz zurückerstattet.
