Die 40. Ausgabe unserer politischen Vierteljahreszeitschrift widmet sich mit Blick auf die Kommunalwahlen in Mazedonien im März 2013 dem Thema “ Lokale Selbstverwaltung und Bürgerbeteiligung “.
Die Autoren untersuchen die aktuelle Situation in Mazedonien und beschreiben Herausforderungen und Perspektiven der lokalen Selbstverwaltung sowie der Bürgerbeteiligung in der Republik Mazedonien und anderen europäischen Ländern.
