Während der letzten 11.342 Kilometer unserer Trans-Ost-Expedition mussten wir noch nie so viel und ausdauernd schieben.
Obwohl wir die Schwäbische Alb in Deutschland, Ausläufer der Karpaten in Rumänien, die endlosen Weinberge Moldawiens und die Ausläufer des Uralgebirges in Kasachstan überwunden haben, ist das Südsibirische Gebirge hier eine besondere Herausforderung.
Auch wenn wir uns hier im Moment wiederum nur in dessen Ausläufern befinden, bewegen wir uns ständig zwischen 200 und 600 Höhenmetern.

We have, in fact, already managed to cross the Swabian Mountains in Germany, as well as the foothills of the Carpathian Mountains in Romania, the endless vineyards of Moldavia and the foothills of the Ural in Kazakhstan, the South Siberian Mountains are a special challenge for us.
Although again we’re only cycling through the foothills, we’re constantly moving between an altitude of 200 and 600 metres.
