Der Heimverein hat unmittelbar nach Ende des Spieles dem Organisations-Komitee das Ergebnis telefonisch ( Anrufbeantworter ) durchzugeben.
Der Spielbericht muß binnen 2 Tagen nach dem Wettspieltermin dem Organisations-Komitee per E-Mail oder FAX übermittelt werden (per Post nicht mehr notwendig), sonst wird das Spiel für den Gastverein verifiziert.
