Es werden umfassende rechtliche und technische Anforderungen definiert, Formulierungsvorschläge für eine Wahlgeräteverordnung erstellt, ein verfassungskonformes Wahlgerät realisiert, das neben der Stimmabgabe und Ergebnisberechnung auch die Wählerauthentifizierung ermöglicht, sowie ein adäquates Evaluierungskonzept entwickelt.
Um die juristische und informatische Grundlage für verfassungskonforme elektronische Parlamentswahlen zu schaffen, ist eine enge Kooperation mit Juristen der Universität Kassel in der Gruppe um Prof. Alexander Roßnagel geplant.

In order to create the basis both regarding legal considerations and the measures related to information systems for constitutionally consistent electronic parliamentary elections, close co-operation with lawyers of the University of Kassel in the group working with Prof. Alexander Roßnagel is planned.
