Die Deutsche Telekom AG muss demnach die missbräuchlich überhöhten Kosten für die Überlassung von Teilnehmerdaten in den Jahren 1997 bis 2001 in Höhe von 41,28 Mio. Euro an die telegate AG zurückbezahlen.
Zu dieser Rückerstattung von Datenkosten kommen noch Prozesszinsen in Höhe von rund 8 Mio. Euro.

Accordingly, Deutsche Telekom AG has to repay telegate AG improperly excessive costs of provision of subscriber data in the amount of € 41.28 m from 1997 to 2001.
In addition to the repayment of data costs, interest payable as from commencement of proceedings has to be added in the amount of approx. € 8 m. telegate AG´s action of a total of € 10.76 m was dismissed in the second instance.
