Urging the Bulgarian authorities to take immediate measures to ensure that conditions for refugees and migrants provide an adequate standard of living, which should include adequate accommodation and access to health care, including psychological treatment ;
and pointing out that reception centres must allow refugees and asylum-seekers with freedom of movement.
